Ssemugabi Frank is a licensed electrical technician, field operations leader, and Partner at Street-Wireman Agency, a Street-wiremen-powered initiative advancing rural energy access through skilled local talent. With a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and over 6 years of field experience with Uganda’s largest utilities—UMEME, UEDCL, and MUTTICO—Frank brings unmatched practical insight into wiring standards, metering systems, and customer engagement.

He has led the installation of prepaid meters, diagnosed network faults, and coordinated last-mile
energization on major government programs. Known for his precision, leadership, and safety-first
approach, Frank is also a certified team trainer and champion of quality service delivery.

At Street-wireman Agency, Frank supports the Mobilization, recruitment, deployment, and mentorship of young electricians, ensuring wiring work is not only done—but done right. His field-tested knowledge is the backbone of the company’s mission to build a trustworthy, technician-led energy transition in rural
areas.
