Environment Health Social & Safety Lead 

Over the years, Milly has contributed significantly to Uganda’s energy and infrastructure sectors. She has
played pivotal roles in Electrification projects under the Ministry of Energy, where she has managed social
safeguards, community mobilization, and stakeholder engagement for the Accelerated Rural Electrification
Program (AREP).

At Street-Wireman Agency, Milly leads our Community Engagement component. Her work involves bridging
the demand-supply gap in electricity access across multiple regions, ensuring community participation, and
promoting sustainable development.

Furthermore, Milly’s expertise includes conducting social impact assessments (SIAs), environmental impact
assessments (EIAs), and resettlement action plans (RAPs) for major infrastructure projects.

She holds a Master’s in Environmental Management from Ndejje University and a Bachelor’s in Social
Work and Social Administration from Makerere University. Her training includes conflict management,
HIV/AIDS evaluation, and community development. Her dedication, technical expertise, and community-
centered approach make her a key asset in advancing Uganda’s rural electrification initiatives through the
Street-Wireman Agency.
